Starting:
1.
Open The Japan Girl picture in photoshop and Press Ctrl+Shift+U set it to be black and white. Duplicate Layer and Add this texture : http://www.photoshop-garden.com/images/tutorials/impressive_background/texture2.jpg as the second layer.




2. Create A Vector Mask of the duplicate layer to do that select Pen Tool and just make the selection arround the girl then right click and create vector mask , move it somewhere you like it and select Blending Mode To HIGH LIGHT.




3.Click on the Vector Mask that you did and Press CTRL+L and now select the levels.


4.Now Click on Vectorm Mask Layer And Texture Layer And Press CTRL+E to merge layers. Add this texture in a new layer http://www.photoshop-garden.com/images/tutorials/impressive_background/texture3.jpg and make againd a new vector mask of the girl.





5.Create a new layer and add some brushes to make a better aspect


6.Now give them a color...


7.Duplicate the vector mask 6-7 times... and rotate it , you can do that by pressing click on the layer that you just duplicate and press CTRL+T


8.Should look like this .



9. Add this texture in a new layer http://www.monachos.net/content/images/photos/vatican_ms.jpg selet the opacity arround 40-50%.



10.Add a new layer and a text .



That's all , sorry for big mistakes like the vector mask and other , but im in big hurry .
